Job Description Albemarle is hiring for an Advisor, Joint Ventures. This position is located in the Perth office.

What You Will Do

Support the preparation of regular reporting and analysis under the direction of Principal Advisors, including ad hoc support o f strategic projects and executive briefing materials Assist the team in preparation of high‑impact executive materials, including briefing packs, dashboards, and performance summaries that clearly articulate insights, risks, and recommendations for senior leaders.

Support analytical work under the guidance of the Principal Advisors to identify and quantify value opportunities across Joint Venture operations, supporting the team's strategy and value realization priorities. Support the team to deliver operational performance insights, including Op. Ex and sustaining Cap. Ex analysis, budget tracking, cost drivers, and identification of improvement and control opportunities as instructed.

Work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners, operators, and internal stakeholders to support alignment of activities and the achievement of shared objectives. What You Bring Required: Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or other relevant degree 2-4 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to mining and resources operations Experience with financial and or operational data Experience ins supporting or developing presentation, reports and briefing material for senior stakdholers Strong analytical skills in working with and interpreting financial and operational data Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Power BI advantageous Benefits of Joining Albemarle Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
