Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer service roles, ideally in a relevant industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses covered.
