Partner with Finance, HR, operations, technology, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable program plans.

Coordinate business and technology teams throughout system implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and transition activities. Provide leadership and structure across interconnected ERP, finance, HR, payroll, and/or timekeeping initiatives. Manage relationships and deliverables across internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors.

Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and resource needs and drive issues through resolution. Facilitate executive-level status reporting, steering discussions, and key program decisions. Help ensure business requirements remain aligned with technology implementation plans throughout the transformation. Support business readiness, process change, adoption, and transition to the future-state environment.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field. Significant experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or system migration programs. Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager, Transformation Lead, PMO Lead, or similar senior project leadership role.

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning business and technology teams. Experience leading a migration or conversion from one enterprise system or ERP platform to another. Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle activities, including business requirements, planning, testing, deployment, risk management, and organizational readiness.

Demonstrated ability to establish program governance, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate dependencies across a complex transformation. Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to operate effectively across Finance, HR, operations, and technology organizations.
