Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job Title: Sr. Salesforce LWC Developer Employment Type: Full-time Location: Noida We are looking for an experienced Salesforce LWC Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team ASAP. This role involves developing, customizing, and integrating Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance our Salesforce environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

LWC Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) to address business needs and improve user experience. Integration: Implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, and other integration tools. Customization: Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to meet business requirements.

Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce components to ensure smooth functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals. Best Practices: Follow Salesforce development best practices, including code quality, performance optimization, and security protocols.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed components, integrations, and customizations. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and emerging technologies, and propose enhancements to improve the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II preferred. Additional relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

Advanced knowledge of Apex programming, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI/UX best practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
