HR Generalist

The HR Generalist runs the day-to-day HR work for more than 400 team members across our Support Center, SHIPP distribution center and company-owned bakeries. You'll own recruiting admin, onboarding and offboarding, and employee changes in UKG, and you'll be the backup on payroll. You'll stay current on the rules that keep us compliant, and you'll use AI to make routine work faster.

This role is built to grow. You'll learn every part of HR from the ground up.
