Underground Utility Superintendent

The Underground Utility Superintendent is a critical part of project oversight. As a member of the project staff, superintendents are responsible for overseeing field construction in specified areas. They are expected to implement and enforce all relevant safety and quality control policies and procedures while working with the project management staff to accomplish the project goals.
