Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for housekeeping, laundry, and facility maintenance services within the long-term care home, ensuring a safe, clean, compliant, and resident-focused environment. Provide hands-on oversight of facility maintenance operations, including monitoring building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and preventative maintenance programs. Implement and conduct training sessions and coordinate an annual training calendar at site for all housekeeping and laundry staff.
