Extrusion Utility

The Extrusion Utility is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of overhead crane systems to support extrusion production lines. The Extrusion Utility ensures the timely staging, loading, and changeover of print and wear film rolls to maintain continuous production flow. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Extrusion Utility ensures that each line is properly staged and that the next shift is set up for success with required materials.

When production allows, the Extrusion Utility supports extrusion operators with cleaning, inspection, troubleshooting, and other value-added tasks while developing skills for advancement to Operator.
