Experienced Automotive Technician (3-Day Weekends)

A great technician deserves a great place to work. And a three-day weekend doesn't hurt! Turner Auto Care is looking for an experienced B-level automotive technician who takes pride in quality repairs, works well independently, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team. We're a family-owned independent repair shop serving the Webster community for over 50 years.

We work hard, have fun, and take care of our customers and each other.

What We're Looking For

Professional experience performing automotive maintenance and general repairs. Ability to independently handle brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, and other common repairs. Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills. Good work habits, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work.

Valid NYS Driver's License and NYS Inspector License. Own professional tools and toolbox. ASE certifications, alignment experience, and diagnostic skills are a plus. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a capable, experienced technician—not necessarily an advanced diagnostician. Why Work at Turner? 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Three-day weekends: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. $25–$30/hour , depending on skills and experience. Weekly performance bonus opportunities. Paid Time Off and paid holidays. Healthcare options. Uniforms and annual boot allowance. Paid training and continuing education. Modern equipment and a dedicated laptop for each technician.

A down-to-earth, drama-free team that takes quality seriously. Ready for a Change? If you're a dependable, experienced technician looking for a shop where you can do good work, be appreciated, and enjoy a better work-life balance, we'd love to meet you. Whether you're actively job hunting or simply curious, we're happy to have a confidential conversation.
