Job description
We are seeking an HR Associate (fixed-term) to support the effective delivery of HR functions and ensure a seamless employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits, and employee data reporting.
Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and follow-up on development plans. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and employee-relations matters, escalating issues as appropriate. Partner with managers on workforce planning, hiring needs, and people initiatives to support business growth.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, and engagement data to inform decision-making. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and HR. Previous experience in a BPO, HR consulting, recruitment or outsourcing company is preferred. Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment. Immediate availability is an added advantage.
