Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed. Support daily living skills and independence. Assist individuals with community outings, appointments, recreational activities, and social opportunities. Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming residential environment.

Implement individualized support plans and goals. Promote dignity, respect, choice, and person-centered services. Support individuals in developing confidence, skills, and greater independence. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest quality of care. Every day brings new opportunities to help someone learn, grow, and succeed.

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to pass: State and Federal criminal background checks Drug screening Pre-employment physical and PPD Preferred Further education in Human Services, Psychology, Education, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.

Previous experience providing direct support, caregiving, or similar services. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification. Schedule Part-Time, Overnight Thursday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Friday & Saturday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Includes weekend hours with weekend differential pay Additional flexibility may be required to support program needs Physical Requirements Ability to assist individuals with mobility and activities of daily living.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift. Ability to maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
