5 Axis Setup & Tooling Operator- 2nd shift

The 5-Axis Setup & Tooling Operator supports multiple CNC machining cells equipped primarily with Haas UMC-750 5-axis machining centers. This position serves as the technical leader on the production floor for assigned machining cells, ensuring machines remain productive, tooling remains optimized, and production operators have the support needed to meet quality and throughput goals. An experienced CNC machinist who excels at machine setups, tooling management, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The 5-Axis Setup & Tooling Operator will be responsible for the more advanced machining functions required to keep production running efficiently minimizing downtime, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing spindle utilization across multiple 5-axis machine centers.
