Server Restaurant - Terra (Seasonal)

Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Greets guests and presents them with the menu Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations Presents, opens and pours wine and beer when serving guests Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants Performs other duties as required or assigned High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401K with match Free family meal daily Discounts at Eataly Referral bonus program and more!

Compensation

Pay range is set at $18.42 an hour plus tips (Tip Pool). Seasonal Opportunity with Potential for Long-Term Growth! This is a seasonal position expected to run three months or through the first week of January 2027, with the potential opportunity to become a permanent member of our team! Several of our seasonal team members have continue their journey with us beyond the holiday season.
