Laboratory Manager

The Manager, Medical Laboratory provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Laboratory Services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and accurate diagnostic testing. The role leads quality management, accreditation compliance, staff development, and regional laboratory partnerships while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and external partners, the Manager drives excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, and laboratory performance.
