Job Title: Occupational Therapist Pay Range: $55-70/hour Job Description: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Greater Redmond, WA | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for current and upcoming full-time school-based opportunities in the Greater Redmond, Washington area for the 2026–2027 school year .

Position Highlights Location: Greater Redmond, WA area Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Setting: In-person, school-based School Year: 2026–2027 Grade Levels: Preschool through High School (varies by assignment) Responsibilities Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs related to educational performance Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills that promote success in the classroom Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Ampersand Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including: Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid sick leave CEU and licensure reimbursement (where applicable) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Dedicated recruiter and ongoing clinical support Therapist-founded and therapist-led company culture If you're passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom, we'd love to connect with you.
