Join a company where your contribution matters! Located in Dodge County, GA. The custodian position works Monday-Friday 11am-5:30pm (FT). Pay rate: $10/hr. *This position requires employees to use a personal cellphone to clock in/out; Wi-Fi access is not always guaranteed. Areas Serviced: General offices, private offices, lobbies, lounges, kitchen/break rooms, coffee areas, washrooms, restrooms, stairways, corridors, computer rooms, conference rooms and mailrooms (all common areas). No security access areas unless pre-approved. Schools include hallways and classrooms. Floor techs must have experience with floor care equipment. Floors
  1. Hard surface floors swept and/or damp mopped
  2. Carpeted floors vacuumed and spot cleaned
  3. Entrance lobby floors cleaned
  4. Stairs vacuumed and/or swept
  5. Kitchen/break rooms swept and/or damp mopped Restrooms
  6. Floors swept, mopped, and rinsed with a disinfectant detergent
  7. Fixtures cleaned and sanitized including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
  8. Mirrors cleaned
  9. Small partitions and tile walls wiped down
  10. Sanitary napkin receptacles cleaned
  11. Waste receptacles emptied and resulting debris placed in designated areas. Liners replaced from stock
  12. Towels, tissue, hand soap and feminine product dispensers refilled from stock Receptacles
  13. Waste receptacles emptied and resulting debris placed in designated areas or removed from building; liners replaced as needed from stock
  14. Smoking areas (if requested). Sand urns sifted, soiled sand emptied and refilled as needed from stock. Dusting
  15. Desks, filing cabinets, bookcases, chairs, tables and other office furniture to be dusted. NOTE: Letter files, telephones, personal items, etc. will NOT BE MOVED. Cleaners will dust around items ONLY.
  16. Windowsills, low ledges, moldings, picture frames, etc., dusted.
  17. Office machines will be feather dusted where desired.
  18. Personal items on desks/walls will NOT be dusted. Glass
  19. Glass desktops cleaned and dry polished
  20. Entrance doors cleaned
  21. Smudges to be removed from partition glass
  22. Directory signs cleaned Miscellaneous
  23. Decorative private offices and reception areas - special attention to be paid in keeping with the various special furnishings
  24. Drinking fountains to be cleaned and sanitized
  25. Kitchen / Break room tables, chairs and appliances damp wiped and skinks cleaned
  26. Coffee service area - counters damp wiped and sinks cleaned (Note - washing and drying of dishes available at extra charge; however; only dishes returned to break area by employees will be cleaned)
  27. Use of minimal lighting when working
  28. Lights to be turned off when nightly service is completed.
  29. Janitorial closets to be kept neat and orderly
  30. Requirements

Adhere to dress code, appearance is neat and clean. Report to work on time and as scheduled. Wear identification while on duty. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times. Comply with all organizational policies and standards regarding ethical business practices. Communicate the mission, ethics and goals of the organization.

Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Attend regular staff meetings and trainings Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout customer facilities for extended periods. Ability to regularly climb stairs and inspect multiple areas of customer sites. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed during facility inspections and operational reviews.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to operate a computer, mobile device, and other standard office equipment. Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office buildings, schools, industrial facilities, healthcare settings, and outdoor areas as required.

Ability to travel frequently and safely operate a motor vehicle throughout Texas. Must be able to respond to operational emergencies and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel as business needs require.
