Senior/Shift Lead

• Mobile Vet Shot. Vet is seeking a detail-driven Senior Lead to support field operations, team accountability, and regional coordination for our mobile clinics.

Responsibilities

Complete weekend recaps, drive/marketing sheets, and update weekly metrics Monitor cash discrepancies and petty cash Assign team members to database and support rental pick-ups Book doctor shifts, manage travel arrangements, and process supply orders Handle credit card authorizations and related administrative tasks Compensation: Hourly Rate Schedule: Friday

• Tuesday (Weds & Thursdays OFF) ~36 hours per week Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Valid driver’s license in good standing required Minimum one (1) year of leadership or operations experience Strong organizational and communication skills Lead with accountability.
