Architectural Designer/Draftsman

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Mid-Senior Architectural Draftsman for our engineering team. This role ensures technical integrity and cross-disciplinary coordination for major Offshore / Marine / Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of high-precision 2D AutoCAD drawings for complex industrial layouts. Review and validate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and detailed layouts for accuracy. Coordinate with Structural, Piping, HVAC, and E&I teams to integrate design updates. Oversee the generation of detailed Material Take-Offs (MTOs).

Ensure compliance with international codes, industry regulations, and project requirements. Support the engineering lead in reviewing vendor drawings and fabrication documentation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior draftsmen.

Requirements

MTech / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. 3–7 years of drafting experience in Offshore / Marine / Oil & Gas projects. Strong mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. Deep understanding of international codes and industry-specific regulations. Ability to develop details for fire-rated, blast-resistant, and offshore insulation systems.

Strong leadership potential and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
