Job Description

• Teller: Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions accurately & efficiently in compliance with company policies & procedures. Balance till the beginning and end of each shift. Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly. Research discrepancies (short/over) & provide detailed explanation/resolution in a timely manner Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy & security. Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch. Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft. Identify & report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures. Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Maintain confidentiality of customer information Answer phone calls & general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals & improve customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
