IT Trainer

Job Title: Senior Trainer – Community Programs Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Trainer to lead and deliver high-quality training programs within local communities. The role involves managing training delivery, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring effective learning outcomes that enhance employability and skill development among community members.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced and structured training sessions (IT, soft skills, or domain-specific programs) Design and update training curriculum based on industry and community needs Mentor and support junior trainers to improve training quality Monitor student progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved Coordinate with mobilization and placement teams for better program outcomes Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance data Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training infrastructure Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and training tools Graduate/Postgraduate Preferred Experience: 3–6 years of experience in training or teaching Experience working in NGOs, CSR initiatives, or community-based programs Prior experience in mentoring or managing a team of trainers Key Competencies: Leadership and mentoring skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability to diverse community environments Passion for social impact and development
