• Fair Oaks, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $27.00 - $29.00Hourly, Job Category: Manager, Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management and financial reporting Leading and inspiring the team Responsible for the training and development of every team member in the service center Development of future leaders Identify candidates for Oilstop’s Manager Development Program Drive service center productivity by working side by side with the team Operate the service center with a key focus on overall profitability and quality Set weekly staffing schedules Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction Ensure all services are performed according to our quality, safety and speed of service guidelines Maintain a professional, positive and energetic attitude and being a good role model Making sure equipment is properly maintained and functioning Constant supervision and upkeep of premises Ability to communicate our products and services to our guests Ability to communicate well with staff and other leaders with the company Handle guest complaints and issues Assist and direct guests Attend monthly manager meetings Quarterly in-person meetings within district Leading and inspiring the team Some travel may be required Qualifications:
