Requirements

Arizona residency with your city on your resume

• U.S. citizen or green card holder, no sponsorship
• W2 only, no C2C. REQUIRED: SQL
• Azure SQL and SQL Server, advanced query writing and optimization, stored procedures, indexing, triggers .NET
• C#, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, OOP and UI design Experience building AI agents. This must appear on your resume. Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of SQL, web development, and analysis experience (or equivalent) Preferred: OpenAI
• Python scripting
• Agile methodology. The work: designing, developing, and optimizing complex Azure SQL databases. Leading database projects and troubleshooting performance issues. Building and maintaining AI agents: autonomous, multi-agent systems that reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate with other systems and humans, including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines. Maintaining and supporting Microsoft Azure App Services and C# .NET applications. Data warehousing and ETL. Mentoring junior developers. Writing technical documentation. Also useful: RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, Microsoft OpenAI framework, AI-driven development with Copilot or Claude, SDLC proficiency. The facts: $67/hr W2
