Junior Reservationist – Luxury Beach House – Durban, KZN Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Reservationist to join a luxury beach house in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic hospitality professional looking to develop their career within a luxury guest environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing reservations and booking enquiries. Respond to guest and travel agent enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Process bookings accurately and ensure all reservation details are captured correctly. Assist with amendments, cancellations and confirmations. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.

Communicate effectively with the relevant operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with pre-arrival arrangements and guest requirements. Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout the reservation process.

Requirements

Previous experience in reservations, front office or a similar hospitality role would be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Professional telephone and email etiquette. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
