Companies is looking for a Leasing Consultant II to join our team at Marlo on Mill Pond , a 151-unit Class A luxury lease-up community in Portsmouth, NH . As a Leasing Consultant II, you will play a key role in the successful lease-up of the property by generating leads, conducting tours, securing leases, completing move-ins, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the onsite team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury community. The pay range for this role is $30.00-$31.00 per hour plus commission. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Responsibilities

Support the lease-up by generating and managing prospect traffic, conducting tours, qualifying prospects, and securing leases. Follow up with leads, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Maintain show units, amenities, tour routes, and marketing materials to luxury community standards.

Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in applicable systems. Assist with property marketing, events, and outreach to local businesses, employers, and real estate professionals. Stay informed on competitors, market conditions, customer demographics, and local trends. Assist with resident service requests and other onsite operational needs.

Support the Manager and onsite team as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years of related experience. A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Strong sales, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Weekend availability required. Evening hours may occasionally be required based on prospect demand. Schedule may adjust during peak lease-up periods and special events.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. NALP certification. Experience in property management, sales, or retail.
