FrontEnd Tech Lead

Location : Hadera (3 days a week) & Machon David in the Krayot area (2 days a week) Employment type : permanent Work model : fully on-site About The Client Our client is an Israeli high-tech engineering company founded in 2008, specializing in advanced embedded systems, cybersecurity, AI/data intelligence, IoT, automotive technologies, and secure communications.

The company develops and integrates complex hardware and software solutions, including real-time computer vision, cellular/satellite platforms, and custom full-stack systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the leading technological authority for the Front-End domain.
• Lead the planning, architecture, and development of complex web systems.
• Provide professional guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Drive key architectural decisions while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development. Job Requirements:
• At least 7 years of proven experience in Front-End development.
• Proven track record of leading Front-End teams or acting in a Tech Lead capacity.
• High expertise in development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Significant experience in designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.
• Deep understanding of Front-End architecture, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience in defining technological solutions and authoring design and architecture documents.
• Hands-on experience in system design using architectural modeling tools (e.g., Draw.io , Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
• Experience working with state management solutions, component-based architectures, and modern Front-End frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and browser performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and natural technical leadership.
• Proven ability to seamlessly combine high-level technological leadership with actual hands-on development. Significant Advantages:
• Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and shared/reusable components.
• Familiarity with Grafana and working against various data sources.
