Responsibilities

Oversee business including Purchasing, deliveries and inventory Develop new products for sales with proper packaging and ingredient labels Familiar with SQF audit and ensure SQF procedures are followed Ensure OTD delivery and logistics Support sales to meet order deadlines Working with the USDA and FDA Experience Meat processing experience SQF Requirements Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years in Food Processing industry Knowledge and understanding of HACCP Program
