Equipment Maintenance Technician

Equipment Maintenance Technician — At least 1 year experience preferred Department: Equipment Maintenance Position Summary: The primary responsibilities are to assure that all production machinery and equipment are capable of maintaining a continuous stable production to meet customer production schedules and quality requirements.

To sustain the production machinery, equipment, assembly areas and support related services that could have a negative impact on production. Scope of Responsibilities: Repairs, PM’s, troubleshooting, projects and maintains production machinery and mechanical equipment for preventative, and predictive maintenance Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Repairs * PM’s * Troubleshooting * Support production equipment failures * Completed work request * Work with other departments to make permanent repair for optimal production * Must be able to work any shift Education/Experience/Training (minimum required): * Electrical experience * CNC experience * Strong Mechanical skills * Welding / Fabrication skills * Robotic experience * Hydraulic experience * PLC experience
