Microbiologist

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor rigorous quality control protocols across all laboratory procedures to maintain compliance with hospital standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students and junior staff regarding laboratory techniques and safety procedures. Collaborate with the medical team to interpret complex microbiological data and support clinical decision-making.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting. Demonstrate strong proficiency in delivering educational content, including both lecture-based and practical training formats. Have proven expertise in overseeing diagnostic microbiology workflows and maintaining strict quality control measures.

Hold a relevant degree in Microbiology or a related life science field. Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both students and medical professionals.
