Job description

Associate OOG Location: Irving, TX, 75063 Experience & Skills OOG Operations: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Out-of-Gauge (OOG) operations is required. Dispatching & Equipment: Proven experience in dispatching and equipment management, including specialized trailers. Logistics Expertise: High level of experience and understanding of overall transportation, specifically within the OOG sector.

Industry Preference: Experience in transporting large-capacity batteries, such as ESS (Energy Storage Systems), is a significant plus. IT & Technology Proficiency Logistics Systems: Must be proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and Real-time Tracking systems. Digital Tools: Comfortable using various applications and mobile platforms for operational efficiency.

MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Communication & Language Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Korean preferred. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with truck drivers and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Field Support: Provide on-site support and management at project locations as needed. Travel: Business travel is expected to be approximately 20%.
