S. senior who has their CNA, or a 5th year senior enrolled in the Early Middle College Must be 18 years of age; will consider a 17 year-old who has their CNA Current Michigan Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA), otherwise must obtain one within 4 months of hire, may be eligible to have this paid for by the hospital BLS, ACLS, TEAM certifications (available through Hillsdale Hospital) Responsibilities Must have knowledge of patient’s condition and plan of care and assist under direction of an RN May assist patients with activities of daily living Maintain accurate records within the chart - graphics, I&Os, evening and weekend activity, showers, etc.

Collect patient specimens per protocol Perform clerical duties related to admissions, discharges, transfers, etc. Input computer data appropriately.
