Automotive Sales Representative

Dealership: L0400 Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ann Arbor Suburban CDJR of Ann Arbor Hiring Immediately | All Experience Levels Encouraged to Apply | Automotive Sales Representatives Pay: Range will be discussed during in-person interviews. Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand.

You'll have opportunities to develop your product knowledge, grow your automotive sales experience, and build lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and provide an engaging dealership experience. Present and demonstrate new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles and pre-owned inventory. Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the automotive sales process. Follow up with internet leads, appointments, previous customers, and prospective buyers to generate sales opportunities.

Maintain knowledge of vehicle models, features, incentives, and dealership inventory. Build customer relationships through product expertise and consistent follow-up. Work toward individual and dealership sales goals in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, Service, and other dealership teams to support a smooth purchase and delivery experience.

What You'll Bring

Previous automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred. Experience identifying customer needs and recommending products or services. Ability to manage internet leads, appointments, CRM follow-up, and customer retention opportunities. Ability to present products, conduct vehicle walkarounds, support test drives, and guide customers through the sales process.

Ability to work in a goal-driven sales environment and meet performance expectations. Ability to learn vehicle technology, product features, incentives, and dealership processes. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
