JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the operation and troubleshoot the extrusion process of the production equipment and personnel to established standards. These standards enable us to provide a quality product/service to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.PRIMARY DUTIES:1. Collectively with the Superintendent oversee the safe operation of the entire production floor.

Maintain proper staffing levels to enable the execution of the production schedule.3. Provide supervision, technical support and direction to all employees assigned to the machine group.4. Periodically perform line checks.5. Follows company procedures and enforce company regulations.6. Work with Quality Assurance Department to resolve quality issues.

Coordinate with the Compounding Departmen
