Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities**

• Triage and Assessment:** Assess patient conditions upon arrival, taking vital signs, and prioritizing care based on urgency.

• Patient Stabilization:** Administer medications, initiate IVs, perform wound care, and provide life-saving interventions.

• Care Coordination:** Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity.

• Documentation:** Maintain accurate, timely patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Patient/Family Education:** Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

• Safety and Dignity:** Adhere to evidence-based protocols to uphold safety standards, while maintaining a supportive and dignified environment.

Required Qualifications**

• Education:** Registered Nurse (RN) License, preferably with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Experience:** Previous Emergency Department or acute care experience is preferred.

• Skills:** Strong critical thinking, emergency preparedness, stress management, and clinical technical skills.
