Requirements

Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Minimum age 21 High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License Current California BSIS Guard Card Current California BSIS Firearms Permit Current Baton Permit Current OC Spray Certification Minimum 2 years experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field Ability to pass background investigation, drug screening, and medical/fitness requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Must be able to: Stand for extended periods Walk patrol routes indoors/outdoors Climb stairs Respond rapidly to emergencies Detain/restrain individuals when necessary Work in varying weather conditions
