Director, People & Culture Business Partnership

As Director, People & Culture Business Partnership, you will be responsible for leading a segment of Limbach’s Business Partner function and serving as the senior people advisor to regional, corporate, and branch managers and their leadership teams. This role translates the company’s growth strategy into the workforce, organization and leadership plans that enable the business to scale, sustains a best in class culture and creates great opportunities for our people.

This role builds and develops a team who provide operational and strategic support to the assigned functions and locations.
