Repack Team

Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Any, Responsibilities: Perform manual repackaging of products according to company standards and customer specifications. Open, sort, label, count, and repackage goods as needed for redistribution or sale. Inspect items for quality, damage, expiration, and compliance with packaging requirements.

Accurately label products and ensure packaging is clean, sealed, and presentable. Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy. Follow written and verbal instructions from the Repack Lead or Supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Handle products carefully to avoid waste or damage during the repackaging process.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of repack stations as needed. Comply with all safety procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Previous warehouse or repack experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team-oriented environment. Good attention to detail and basic counting/math skills. Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 40–50 lbs as needed.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment.
