Job Description Purpose of the Role Lead the development and expansion of Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement across adult specialties, including Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics . The role is responsible for driving brand growth by building strong customer understanding, expanding HCP adoption, developing effective engagement strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong pharmaceutical marketing expertise, deep understanding of HCP behavior, and proven success in launching or growing products across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HCP Expansion & Market Development Lead HCP expansion initiatives across key adult-care specialties, identifying growth opportunities, unmet needs, and customer segments. Develop actionable insights on physician behaviors, treatment practices, referral pathways, and competitive dynamics to shape local engagement strategies. Build and execute HCP engagement plans to increase awareness, consideration, adoption, and advocacy for the brand. Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influential specialists, and priority healthcare stakeholders.
  2. Brand & Product Marketing Develop localized marketing strategies aligned with global/regional brand objectives. Define customer segmentation, targeting approach, key messages, and engagement priorities. Drive product positioning and value communication for different physician segments. Ensure effective localization and deployment of marketing campaigns and promotional materials within approved claims and compliance requirements.
  3. Customer Experience & Omnichannel Engagement Design customer journeys and engagement approaches across face-to-face, scientific events, digital, and non-personal promotion channels. Optimize customer experience by ensuring consistency of messaging and interactions throughout the HCP journey. Partner with Medical, Sales, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence teams to deliver seamless customer engagement.
  4. Field Force Enablement Equip sales and KAM teams with compelling brand narratives, product messaging, and customer engagement tools. Support training activities to enhance scientific communication and promotional effectiveness. Monitor field feedback and market response to continuously improve engagement approaches.
  5. Cross-functional Leadership Serve as the marketing lead within cross-functional brand teams. Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Excellence functions. Ensure effective alignment and execution of brand priorities, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  6. Analytics, Business Planning & Budget Management Analyze market performance, customer engagement metrics, prescription trends, and competitive activities. Use data and AI-enabled insights to optimize customer targeting and engagement effectiveness. Manage marketing investment and activity budgets to maximize ROI. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and commercial teams on forecasting and demand planning activities. Preferred Experience We are particularly interested in candidates who have: 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience , including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Brand Manager, or similar roles. Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for prescription products in pharmaceutical companies. Experience driving HCP engagement and market development across one or more adult-care specialties such as: Infectious Disease Cardiology Endocrinology Family Medicine Internal Medicine Geriatrics Strong exposure to physician-focused marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Experience working with KOLs, scientific societies, congresses, and medical education activities. Experience collaborating with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams. Familiarity with omnichannel customer engagement and CRM-driven marketing programs. Experience managing marketing budgets and operating within pharmaceutical compliance requirements. Education
