Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products Identify deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement Prepare comprehensive reports on quality control performance and recommend strategies for enhancement YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.

Proven success in leading and managing large, high-performing quality control teams. In-depth knowledge of advanced quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
