Job description
The purpose of this position is for the improvement of health of patients by providing pharmaceutical care to individual patients and by serving as a resource to primary care providers, nurses, and other health professionals. Clinical pharmacists provide leadership by facilitating the development, implementation and maintenance of health center systems that promote desirable patient outcomes.
They educate students, interns, residents, nurses and patients and they participate in drug therapy research.
