About the Employer Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities. The Opportunity Provide reliable project-office and site administration for a metropolitan rail delivery team working across Sydney locations.

Your Work

• Manage correspondence, invoices, registers and spreadsheet records.
• Support month-end processing and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, visits and events and prepare minutes.
• Welcome visitors and handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Format reports and presentations and organise meeting rooms, supplies and catering.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• At least three years in a similar administration role.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook capability.
• Accurate typing and clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong customer service, teamwork and a flexible approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with close attention to detail.
