• Clay Ny Area (Job #EH-NJ) We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a self-directed support team. This position is currently part-time, requiring approximately 30 hours per week. Applicants must complete the employment process through our Fiscal Intermediary (FI), Indera, and meet all required hiring standards. Some Qualifications: ✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✅ Ability to pass all required background and employment screenings ✅ Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred ✅ Experience working in a self-directed home setting preferred ✅ Must meet all Indra FI employment requirements We are seeking individuals who are committed to providing person-centered support, promoting independence, and helping an individual thrive in their home and community. Qualifications

Must have a valid drivers license Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
