We are seeking experienced, charismatic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Bartender at Queen Miami Beach, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering outstanding guest service, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits our bar and dining room. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to every guest. Build genuine connections with guests and create memorable experiences. Make beverage recommendations and confidently answer questions about cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Handle guest concerns professionally and assist in resolving issues quickly.

Beverage Preparation & Service Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards. Execute drink orders accurately, efficiently, and consistently. Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings. Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification when required.

Bar Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Assist with inventory counts and communicate product shortages to management. Follow all cash handling and payment procedures. Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations. Health & Safety Follow all local health department regulations and company sanitation standards.

Maintain food safety and alcohol compliance requirements. Regularly sanitize bar stations, POS systems, and work surfaces. Promote a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

Required Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, nightlife venue, or similar hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Strong cash handling and basic math skills.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience in upscale dining, nightlife, or luxury hospitality concepts. Mixology certification or formal bartending training. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
