Sr. Project Manager - Quality

The Senior Project Manager – Campus Quality Program serves as the embedded quality program leader for a long-term, campus-wide healthcare construction program in northwest Arkansas. This is not a traditional individual contributor role. The person in this position functions as a quality program manager for a complex, multi-phase project environment spanning multiple building types and extended timelines—requiring the ability to architect systems, lead teams (formal and informal), and operate with equal fluency at the strategic and field level.
