Titan, Samsara, and a clear career path What You'll Do: Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team Lead service and install operations and enforce safety standards Own KPIs: turnover, safety, callbacks, reviews, on-time arrival, and productivity Grow gross margin through better training, warranty, batching, and inventory processes Partner with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA growth What We Need: Plumbing or HVAC management experience preferred Strong technical and business knowledge of the plumbing trade A high-energy leader who drives accountability through KPIs Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to large groups Proficient in MS Office and Service.
