About the role

Lifestyle Communities is seeking dedicated Lifestyle Management Couples to join our communities. We currently have two vacancies, one at Lifestyle Ridgelea (Pakenham) and one at Lifestyle Seasons (Tarneit). As a full-time live-in role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and experience of our thriving community.

What you'll be doing together Continuously working to empower our homeowners by facilitating them to make active decisions, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any concerns Collaborating with the wider Lifestyle Communities experience team to implement strategies that enhance the homeowner experience Overseeing the smooth running of the community, ensuring all amenities and services are provided to a high standard Facilities Management - oversee day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the community, including the common areas, facilities, gardens, parking areas, roadway, etc.

Organising and facilitating social activities and events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere Maintaining accurate records and reporting on the community's performance Ensuring the community adheres to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations What we're looking for A couple with proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry is advantageous Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our homeowners Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and a commitment to promoting an active, inclusive community What we offer Competitive remuneration package, including a live-in residence within the community Ongoing professional development and training opportunities A collaborative and supportive work environment Lifestyle Long Weekends (4 additional paid days per year to take a long weekend) Lifestyle Hours Generous Paid Parental Leave Be part of a workplace that values curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and people excellence!
