Sales, Account Executive (B2B) Job Title Sales, Account Executive (B2B) Work Arrangement Outside sales within an assigned territory Location Honolulu, Hawaii or Maui County, Hawaii Employment Type Full-Time Engagement Type Direct Hire Final Interview Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring on behalf of its client, a telecommunications services provider, for a B2B Sales Account Executive covering Honolulu or Maui County, Hawaii.

This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new accounts among small and medium sized businesses with 10 to 299 employees. The Account Executive meets and exceeds monthly sales targets by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and generating leads within an assigned geographic territory, then analyzing customer needs and using solution based selling to close new business.

Compensation

Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision. Customer needs: Identify customer needs and use solution based selling to demonstrate value. Recommend wireless solutions including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories. Deal negotiation: Negotiate and close deals.

Skill development: Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership, and participate in product training and sales meetings. Sales approaches: Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals. Sales automation: Use sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

Customer base: Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of new customer acquisition sales experience in a B2B environment. Prospecting and cold calling experience. Outside sales experience. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree.

Experience selling wireless or telecommunications services. Familiarity with CRM and sales force automation tools.
