This role serves as a trusted SME and primary resource for employees, managers, vendors, and internal partners regarding benefits matters. The Sr.

Specialist assists in managing operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position also serves as a payroll backup for a multi-state workforce and plays an active role in process improvement initiatives, vendor management, compliance, and continuous enhancement of the employee experience.

The estimated salary for this role is $40.41-$48.49 per hour.
