What You'll Do

Schedule and prioritize processing jobs to meet customer delivery expectations Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams Balance workloads to maximize efficiency and throughput Communicate customer priorities across departments Investigate customer issues and help identify solutions Coordinate receiving paperwork and material flow What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Customer service, production planning, scheduling, or processing experience preferred
