Senior Multimedia Designer

At Wave, we help small businesses to thrive so the heart of our communities beats stronger. We work in an environment buzzing with creative energy and inspiration. No matter where you are or how you get the job done, you have what you need to be successful and connected. The mark of true success at Wave is the ability to be bold, learn quickly and share your knowledge generously.

At Wave, we’re passionate about helping small business owners feel more confident running their businesses. Great design helps bring that promise to life. We’re looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer who combines strong creative instincts, exceptional design craft, and a performance mindset to shape how Wave shows up in the market.

As our senior in-house design expert, you’ll develop and execute creative across integrated campaigns, website experiences, social media, video, motion graphics, and customer communications. You’ll partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing, to turn business objectives and customer insights into visual experiences that build trust, communicate value, and inspire action.

We’re looking for someone who brings ideas to the table, takes pride in their craft, and understands that great design isn’t just about how something looks. It’s about how it connects with customers and what it inspires them to do.
