IT & Systems Intern

Role Summary

The IT & Systems Intern will join CVUnlocked for a six-month internship to support and optimize our digital infrastructure. This includes Wordpress site, client/staff portals, and automation tools. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, streamlining processes, and supporting digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Portals, website, Forms, Cloud Drive, and portals. Set up and manage integrations between tools. Test and troubleshoot automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Support development of client and staff portals with role-based access and customizations. Provide IT Support to internal users.

Assist in system documentation and internal knowledge base creation. Proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

Students in their final year or fresh graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with SaaS platforms. Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or automation tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools. Interest in IT operations, business systems, or process automation.
